Whether anyone cares or not, here's what I think...

Baz is still pretty cute in a young Elvis sort of way. I think he is so funny. I was really offended by Doc's remark, "Sebastian is low IQ, high RPM's" Yeah, he's hyper, but also intelligent. Ever read anything he's written?

But...um...what happened to Baz's eyebrows? Did he lose them with age? If so, he needs to use an eyebrow pencil. Men NEED manly eyebrows. His hair is gorgeous, especially when straight and shiny. Yum. Body is still pretty goo, despite what they say. You gotta work at it when you reach a certain age.

Why, oh why is Maria, his wife, posing with Tera Patrick?! I thought Baz and Maria were above all that. Loved them in "I Married..." Just like Ted said, its "demeaning and soul-less". Hey, that's the life that Tera chose for herself, but why would Maria choose to go that route at this stage in her life? I think it cheapens her and Baz. I felt so disgusted when they asked Maria to go topless and she looks to Baz for approval, they both seemed unsure like they both knew that they were crossing the point of no return and then she did it! I totally lost all respect for them at that point. It makes them seem so desparate. How much $$ did they get for that or do they think it will lead to more $$? It will only lead to more demeaning crap! Maria is a gorgeous woman who looks AMAZING at her age. She's also a mother and she just cheapend & disrespected herself beyond belief. What will their sons think of that? Believe me, I am NO PRUDE. I am all for living out all your fantasies, but not on TV in front of millions...yuck. I am so dissappointed in Baz for letting (encouraging) it to happen. He should take a lesson or 2 from Scott and Ted on how to treat a real woman.

Scott Ian and his woman, Pearl, seem like the ultimate couple. (I used to think that of Baz and Maria). Pearl is so cool and I know she's been around the rock n' roll lifestyle quite a bit. They seem like they are each other's best friends and he seems to really respect her and not treat as just a sex object.

Ted Nugent needs to trim his unruly eyebrows and sideburns. What's next, hair growing out his ears? I know that he isn't into primping, but at least that. I know its trivial...

I loved the song "Take it Back". It sounds like something I would buy. Forget what Cavallo says. OK, I'm getting too involved so I'll stop there. ;)

Coming up for air again. I'm finally winding up my writing fro the NBPTC. My goal was to be done by Mar. 31 seeing as my deadline is April 17th and I don't want this monster interfering with my Spring Break AT ALL! I am just waiting for my mentors to return my final drafts for both entries (I'm assuming some light corrections) then I'll have them proofread again just for any last minute typos and then I'm packing that box. Get it outta my face.

I'm planning our romantic 10 year anniversary trip to Europe(super-lite, mostly Italy) a little today. It seems so far off....summer of '07. Destinations:

Bitonto
Capri
Sicily
Croatian Coast
Maybe a little Greece

Its off to power-pilates I go.

Whew! I FINALLY got the stupid little DV tape to transfer to VHS for my National Boards portfolio entry. Geeeez, it's been almost 2 weeks of one tech. disaster after another to get this accomplished. And that is not what my biggest hurdle is supposed to be in this National Board Certification for Professional Teaching is supposed to be! It's been ridiculous, but true. Our school spent a fortune on tech/media equipment last year only to come to find (not even a year later) most of it is lost, "temp. missplaced", broken or just plain squandered away. Oh yea, I went complaining to my AP and today plopped down in my Principal's office in his comfy chair, right in front of him, took up his precious time and had a tizzy (almost). Don't get me wrong, I love this man, but I had to vent and he needed to hear what was going on. He was surprised, I'm sure, since I'm usually the upbeat, positive one.

Well, I finally got it figured out tonight. I'll spare you the boring details. Now I can actually get down to writing/analyzing the video tape...which is actually what this process is supposed to be about. I can't believe I've wasted so much energy and time on that part of it. It wasn't like that last year when this whole process began for me, not at all. Oh well, it's water under the bridge now. Time to move on.

I considered skipping yoga tonight to jump start my writing, but I did that last year (neglected my work outs and stress release) and the stress ended up manifesting itself in my back and neck. Something that took a lot of therapy and money to rid myself of. No thanks, I learned my lesson and will not neglect myself in this process again. I also need to start up with regualr chiropractic care and massage. I just need to find the time to get it all set up again.

So its off to yoga class tonight. And I need it. Ommmmmmmmmmm:D

I can't wait to be done with it and hoepfully I will pass and that will be IT!

Early Friday Feast
Mood:  a-ok
Topic: Blog Doo-Hickies
Yes, this is early, but I just don't have the brain energy to post/write for real. Nat. Boards is sucking every ounce of creativity out of me, but I did want to blog. So here it is:

Friday's Feast

Appetizer - Name something that makes you scream. Sorry, drawing a blank here.

Soup - Who is a musician you enjoy listening to when you want to relax? Cheap Trick all the way, BABY!

Salad - What was the last book you purchased? The Seven Mysteries of Life Thick-ass book that I am reading right now (when I shouldn't be reading at all but finishing my Nat. Boards, but I can't help it. It's too damn interesting!

Main Course - If you could live one day as any historical figure, who would it be, and what would you do? Dr. Jane Goodall and I would spend the whole day watching the chimps from the mountain "Peak" that she refers to as so blissful.

Dessert - Tell about a time when you were lost. Where did you end up? How long did it take you to get back to where you were going? This is when I was 3...most memorable. I ended up in the arms of a police officer with a black hat (in the days when they wore those) reciting my newly memorized address (sadly I have middle schoolers in class who do NOT KNOW THEIR ADDRESS!!! Hello Parents!! Do your job!) It only lasted 15-20 min. until I was returned to my frantic parents who weren't doing their job. ;)

Off to my new love...BodyForging class.

Topic: All About Me
Boo! I'm still alive. I've been working on my National Boards and its eating up every bit of extra time that I have. We sold the other house. Closing is supposed to be for the first week of March. Sooo happy about that! Woohoo!

Kitchen is still torn out in the new place and the 2nd bathroom remodel is well under way. Dh is also currently working on baseboards so he won't let me put any of our furniture somewhat where it belongs. So shit is everywhere and workouts and eating have been suffering. To top it all off I've had 3...count 'em THREE!! colds/flu's whatever since mid-Dec. I'm getting over a doozie right now. Don't when I'll be coming up for air again, but the end is in sight now!
